Description of all Services Offered

Case Worth

Estimate of case value is realistically possible using predictive modeling. Estimates can control for State or local population variance, that is, within established confidence limits.

Jury Prediction

Data derived from participant pools allows for statistical modeling of thoughts, behavior and predicted outcome relative to identified populations.

Just In Time Analysis

Just in time analysis is a rapid assessment model that combines statistical predictive models with information secured from an Expert Jury Panel.

E - Groups

E – Groups, online focus groups (8-12 participants) will read, listen or watch you case and respond to questions of interest.

Delphi Groups

Delphi groups are participants with known demographic or psychological type that have the ability to respond to case facts as information is added, deleted or explained. This process allows for understanding the relative influence of any piece of information.

Structured Case Value

A structured case value is strictly a statistical process that incorporates the demographics of your case when determining a predicted award or settlement value. SLS maintains a proprietary database used for empirical modeling and prediction.

Legal Services

Legal surveys highlight the essence of a case and distributed to random, pre-selected, contained, matched or even expert groups. All surveys contain questions of interest. Analysis is available.

E-Shadow

The E-Shadow process is a statistically controlled experimental group that follows an actual case as it unfolds. Therefore, assessment allows for examination as information and expert testimony unfolds.

Concept Analysis

Concept analysis is a qualitative process that incorporates statistical modeling to determine directional themes.

Case Strategy

Case strategy and evaluation begin following the discovery of case dynamics and static outcomes; now, the testing of relevant information is possible.

Voir Dire Consultation

It is possible to match the available pool or empaneled jury with a proprietary controlled participant group; allowing for inference.

Statistical Analysis

Simply stated, "If you can frame a question - an empirical and testable research design can offer solutions" - this is the goal of applied statistical modeling. Statistical methods may include, but are not limited to t-test, f-test, regression, factor analytic models or discriminant analysis. In addition, rescaling qualitative questions and demographics into quantitative models is possible.
