E – Groups, online focus groups (8-12 participants) will read, listen or watch you case and respond to questions of interest.
Delphi Groups
Delphi groups are participants with known demographic or psychological type that have the ability to respond to case facts as information is added, deleted or explained. This process allows for understanding the relative influence of any piece of information.
Structured Case Value
A structured case value is strictly a statistical process that incorporates the demographics of your case when determining a predicted award or settlement value. SLS maintains a proprietary database used for empirical modeling and prediction.

Statistical Analysis
Simply stated, "If you can frame a question - an empirical and testable research design can offer solutions" - this is the goal of applied statistical modeling. Statistical methods may include, but are not limited to t-test, f-test, regression, factor analytic models or discriminant analysis. In addition, rescaling qualitative questions and demographics into quantitative models is possible.
